Shipping Policy

Information about processing times, delivery windows, shipping charges, and order tracking.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
  • Standard processing time is 1–3 business days for ready-to-ship items.
  • Made-to-order and customized items may require additional processing time as mentioned on the product page.

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Shipping within India is typically delivered in 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Standard shipping within India is free unless specified at checkout during promotions or remote area surcharges.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may be limited by pincode serviceability and order value.

International Shipping

  • International delivery timelines vary by destination and courier partner; average 7–14 business days after dispatch.
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, volume, and destination.
  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if any) are charged by destination country authorities and are the recipient’s responsibility.

Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.
  • You can also track your order in your account’s order history page.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.

Address Changes & Delivery Attempts

  • Address updates are possible only before dispatch. Contact support promptly to request changes.
  • Couriers generally attempt delivery 2–3 times. If undelivered, the parcel may be returned to origin.
  • Re-shipping of RTO (Return to Origin) parcels may incur additional charges.

Delays & Exceptions

  • Unforeseen delays may occur due to weather, festivals, strikes, customs inspections, or remote area constraints.
  • During sale periods or high-volume events, processing and delivery may take longer than usual.

Packaging & Partial Shipments

  • We ship with protective, tamper-evident packaging to ensure product safety.
  • Orders with multiple items may be shipped in parts depending on availability and warehouse logistics.

Damaged, Lost, or Tampered Packages

  • If the package appears tampered or damaged at delivery, please refuse it and contact us immediately.
  • In case of loss in transit confirmed by the courier, we will reship or refund as applicable.
